Crafted from 100% polyamide fiber through a high-density plain weave process, using long rayon threads as the raw material. The yarns are carefully arranged, woven in a one-over-one interlacing pattern, resulting in a tightly packed, smooth, and uniform fabric surface. The robust structure provides the fabric with strong and durable fiber properties, ensuring a flat and fine texture.
The jacket features precise quilting to securely bond the inner lining and outer fabric, creating a uniform and evenly distributed cotton layer. The stitching is fine and even, ensuring both warmth and a well-fitted silhouette. The garment remains wrinkle-free and maintains its shape even after prolonged wear.
The placket and hem are finished with a full-length binding technique, meticulously sewn by hand. The binding is smooth and adheres closely to the fabric edges, ensuring that the cut edges are securely fastened and preventing unraveling or fraying. The binding lines are smooth and straight, harmonizing naturally with the diamond quilting pattern on the body, enhancing the overall finish and durability of the garment.
The collar and cuffs are made from high-stretch rib-knit fabric, with a tight vertical texture that resists sagging and deformation. The collar is well-shaped and fits snugly around the neck, providing a comfortable and unrestricted fit. The cuffs are tightly gathered, effectively sealing in warmth and preventing cold air from entering. The rib-knit material remains resilient even after repeated stretching and washing, offering both comfort and a lasting fit.
