Made with selected high-quality combed cotton-blend yarn and an integrated whole-garment jacquard technique on a German STOLL flat knitting machine. The classic monogram pattern covers the body, interwoven with high-precision colored yarn on a 12-gauge knit. The pattern is clear and dimensional, with no misalignment or missed stitches. The fabric is highly breathable against the skin and drapes well, with a soft, fluffy handfeel and a refined matte finish.
The hood uses a double-layer composite shaping process, reinforced with high-density support strips inside, so it holds a full, structured shape without collapsing. The front closure uses a custom metal zipper that has been tested through 1000 opening-and-closing cycles for smooth, durable operation. Double-strand binding stitching along the zipper edge helps prevent loose threads and provides a close, neat finish.
The drawstring is made from high-elasticity cotton cord in a matching color, with finely finished ends. The cuffs and hem have 2×2 high-elasticity ribbing, secured with double-needle coverstitching and an anti-unraveling process, balancing a close fit with freedom of movement. Overall stitch density is strictly controlled at 14 stitches per 3 cm. Every join reflects careful craftsmanship, bringing together comfort and a refined look.
The overall stitching is straight and precise; the fabric is soft and comfortable, and the color is consistent without shade variation. It can be paired with matching pieces to create a stylish look for different occasions. Custom accessories are included, with all three tags supplied.
