Made from selected fine-textured woven wool fabric, with a durable, densely woven nylon down-proof lining. Filled with 90 white duck down. It has a two-way zipper, a kangaroo pocket on the front, a patch pocket on the left sleeve and two zip pockets on the reverse. Reversible for flexible styling.
Imported-machine embroidery is precise, with smooth, fine lines. The pattern template is machine-stitched with horizontal and vertical lines aligned precisely; the sample is hand-aligned to match the pattern accurately, ensuring the closure fits together closely. Infrared-positioned cutting achieves micron-level precision for highly accurate pattern and stripe matching. Computer laser-cut decorative panels have smooth edges.
Computer-controlled mechanical filling sets the fill zones and the down weight per square meter to match the original three-dimensional effect. The down-filling machine uses a digital weighing unit for consistent measurement. Computer-controlled template stitching ensures each line meets the design requirements, with smooth, consistent lines throughout.
