A multifunctional outdoor jacket that offers two wear options. The fabric is made from a blend of double-yarn silk-like twill and soft net springy fabric, providing an excellent texture and comfortable fit. Inspired by the deep sea, the navy blue color is a subtle statement of contemporary gentlemanly elegance. The precise narrative of the functional pocket system balances functionality and aesthetics. The iconic Moncler logo is featured on the sleeves for easy recognition, with a matching triangular logo subtly integrated into the fabric, like a deep-sea current. The detachable sleeves add to the versatility of the design, allowing for easy style switching and a sophisticated look. The jacket balances outdoor practicality with urban style, leading the fashion trend.
The jacket is crafted using a three-in-one process, where adhesive is evenly applied to the base material, dried and cured, then the adhesive-coated material is bonded with non-woven fabric, cooled and cured again, and finally bonded with filtered non-woven fabric. This intricate process is time-consuming and labor-intensive.
The jacket also features embossed composite technology, where a computer scan ensures the size and shape of the embossed design match the original. A special adhesive is used for bonding, and the design is fully dried and optimally adhered.
The fabric pieces are cut using a CNC laser engraving machine, leveraging the high energy of the laser to precisely control the path of the laser beam, achieving accurate shape cutting. Pre-set templates guide the bag opening position, shape, and size, ensuring high-quality bag opening results. The jacket uses an infrared machine for button attachment, providing precise and secure fastening.
