The main fabric is three-proof outdoor-jacket fabric. The interlayer is Taslon coarse twill, and the lining uses exclusive custom Paris mesh. The three fabric layers provide windproof, waterproof, and sun-protective functions. It feels soft and comfortable to wear and has a strong fashion look, unlike market versions that cut corners by using only two layers. The embroidery on the front uses high-density cotton thread and an imported machine-embroidered logo. The panel-cut design requires workers to keep changing to matching thread colors during sewing, making the workmanship complex and production slow. The inside uses a mesh design. The three-layer construction and highly complex process provide combined windproof, waterproof, and sun-protective functions. The Paris double-B zipper is custom-made to a 1:1 specification, with a matching slider color. The piping and binding tape are also custom-made to a 1:1 specification.
