The cotton fibers are combed and carded to remove short fibers, then spun into even yarns. The warp and weft yarns intersect at right angles, creating a fine and even fabric structure. The fabric surface has clear weave patterns with tightly and evenly arranged yarns, resulting in a smooth and clean finish with minimal impurities. The natural cotton material offers excellent moisture absorption and breathability, absorbing body moisture and ensuring comfortable, breathable wear. It also has a moderate stiffness that prevents it from becoming limp, and has been pre-shrunk to control shrinkage. The dyeing process for dark colors is thorough, preventing whitening or fading.
The jacket features approximately 600 stitches of embroidery using a Tenmoku embroidery machine. The embroidery is precisely positioned using computer-aided design, with strict control over point positioning to ensure neat and symmetrical lettering. High-quality, dense thread is used, with tightly and evenly spaced stitches that are clean and precise. The embroidery is securely locked to the fabric surface, preventing lifting or discomfort, and is durable under repeated friction. The white background contrasts sharply with the embroidered text, giving a clean and understated appearance.
The collar has a reinforced stay structure with button closure. The stitching is neat and dense, with evenly spaced stitches. The stay pieces are accurately positioned, and the overlapping seams are reinforced with double stitching to prevent loosening or deformation upon repeated opening and closing. This ensures the collar maintains its shape, providing a better fit around the neck and maintaining a structured, wind-resistant profile.
The interior uses an internal pocket construction. The pocket opening is precisely cut to fit the body of the jacket, with closely stitched edges that seamlessly integrate the pocket fabric with the main fabric. The stitching on the pocket opening is smooth and even, with no excess threads, ensuring the pocket opening remains stable and does not deform, while also providing practical storage functionality.
