The fabric is made with 55 merino-wool yarn together with cotton yarn. The finished garment has a structured shape and a smooth, soft hand feel that does not feel scratchy when worn. The cord ends on the hood drawstring have electroplated engraved lettering to reproduce the brand logo. The zipper uses a metal zipper pull with a bright silver electroplated finish and an engraved brand mark on its face. The embroidery uses a towel-stitch technique with cashmere yarn to reproduce the original 1:1 details. The garment is washed to remove surface impurities from the wool, improve its hand feel, and set its shape.
