THOM BROWNE two-color four-bar sun protection shirt
The shirt is made from high-density polyester fabric, using FDY fully drawn polyester filament for a tightly woven, fine-checkered texture that resists tearing. The fabric undergoes multiple post-treatment processes, including shaping, light surface finishing, and micro-pore pressing. The yarns are tightly twisted and heat-set, resulting in a crisp, soft fabric with a tight weave and strategic ventilation gaps. The lightweight, foldable design makes it easy to carry and store. The checkered pattern is complemented by mesh panels on the sleeves, featuring four white bars, providing bidirectional breathability and preventing the shirt from sticking to the skin when sweating.
The shirt features two-color striped accents on the sleeves, with the white sections made from polyester mesh fabric. The mesh panels are stitched with a double-thread, close-seam technique, ensuring neat and secure stitching. The mesh structure further enhances the ventilation at the arm area, increasing the shirt's recognizability.
The collar is finished with a full-enclosure rib-knit band, with a clean, smooth finish and no frayed edges. A hidden drawstring compartment and classic three-color tape are integrated at the back, allowing for adjustable sizing and a snug fit during windy conditions, balancing functionality and aesthetics.
The side panels include hidden diagonal pockets with reinforced stitching at the opening, providing strong weight-bearing capacity and preventing deformation.
